The 3rd version of this popular camera is sure to be a hit with underwater photographers, building on the great success of the RX100 and RX100 II. The housing is sized perfectly for hand-holding or mounting on a tray with strobes/lights for maximum versatility. The housing provides access to all camera functionality, including use of the camera's built-in WiFi while inside the housing - great for those real-time social media updates!

The front port has 67mm threads, allowing use of a variety of the most popular macro and wide-angle wet lenses.

Ikelite™ Underwater Housing for Sony Cyber-shot RX100 III

This sophisticated new housing housing is designed to include everything needed to get creative with this powerful compact camera! The Sony Cyber-shot RX100 III is superb for underwater shooting, with excellent low-light capabilities and a super-sharp, 24-70mm Zeiss lens.

The Ikelite housing is just-right-sized to hold comfortably in your hand. Controls are provided for all important camera functions including the rear dial. The camera's versatile front control ring is gear driven to place the control within easy reach. A sensitive shutter lever makes it easy to half-depress the trigger for focusing and metering. All rear controls are clearly marked with engraved indicia which will never fade or fall off.

Use the camera's built-in WiFi feature to download photos to another device without removing the camera from the housing. The WiFi feature is only usable above water within close proximity to the connected device.

There's no greater assurance than being able to see the o-ring seal. Simply close the two double-passivated stainless steel locking lid snaps, and see the o-ring form a solid black, watertight seal.

The housing port is designed to accept 3.0-inch diameter color filters, and wide angle or macro options with 67mm threads. Ikelite W30 and INON UWL-H100 wide angle lenses each provide excellent edge sharpness with minimal vignetting (dark shadows in the corners of the image). The cameras built-in flash can be used for primary illumination or to trigger an external strobe. Two ports are provided for the attachment of optional fiber optic cords.
